Donations Being Accepted for The Linen Chest

One of the ministries our state and national women’s ministry supports is The Linen Chest. The Linen Chest serves to provide career missionaries with household necessities as they serve, and again once they return stateside.  The Linen Chest provides excellent quality goods that exceed what is available to them locally in their country of service.  Local congregations help support this vital ministry through financial and tangible donations. Cross Point’s Women’s Ministry wants to help stock the Linen Chest with some items that are desperately needed by our missionaries.  Below you will find a list of the specific items needed. There will be a collection box in the lobby for our church family to drop off the items. Items will be collected through September 22 and then donated to The Linen Chest.

> Small Citrus Juicers (Oxo – 1/3 c/70 ml)

> Stainless Steel Potato Mashers
> Pineapple Corer
> Oven Thermometers F/C degree
> Quality Kitchen Dish Towels, Hand Towels and Dish Rags
> Zippered pillow Protectors (Standard/ Queen Size)
