Cross Point (CP) is all about reaching the lost and the broken, training disciples, and impacting our community. We're more than just a worship service on Sunday. We are a family that centers on the person and mission of Jesus Christ.

Bible-Based Messages

We believe God inspired the original writings of the Scripture and those original writings were consequently without error. It is the final authority for all matters of faith, truth, morality, and Christian living.

High-Energy Worship Music

Our dedicated worship team is comprised on vocalists and instrumentalist, including drums! We choose modern worship songs and sometimes we get a little loud!

Fun Teaching for your Kids

We take caring for and teaching your kids about Christ seriously and no time is too early for children to begin growing and learning about God!

We've developed learning paths for children of all ages and customize them using effective learning tools.

How do I get to the church?
We are located on Crescent Road, just off of Harper Road,
between the BB&T Bank & CVS Pharmacy.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?
As you enter the lobby, one of our guest services representatives will give you a welcome brochure that contains a Connection Card. After you complete the card, you'll receive a welcome gift and some additional information about Cross Point in the mail. If you have children, someone will guide you to the right class for their age and then you'll join the rest of our CP Family in the auditorium for the worship service. After the service, join us in lobby for a time of fellowship and to get to know our pastoral staff.
What will my kids do?
Children are a top priority at Cross Point. Our Jesus-centered kids programming is so fun and engaging your kids will beg to come back!
When you arrive at Cross Point one of our greeters would be more than happy to show you to Adventure Alley! Our check in system, parent paging system, and secure kids area will allow you to have peace-of-mind during services.

A nursery is available during all of our services on Sunday and Wednesday nights for children up to age three.
What do I wear?
You can wear whatever you want! Feel free to come to service dressed in an old t-shirt and shorts or dressed to the nines in a shirt and tie or dress. No matter what you wear, you'll fit right in.

It’s important to remember that God looks at the soul, not at the suit.

Everyone is welcome to join our early service where we sing our praises to God and hear a Bible-based message from our pastoral staff.
Adult Sunday School
9:30 am
Sunday school isn't just for kids! Adults gather in small groups for a Bible study every Sunday morning.
Youth Small Groups
9:30 am
Students in 6th-12th grade gather together in small groups to discuss the Bible and practical application in their lives.
Cross Point Kids
9:30 am & 10:45 am
Preschool kids, ages 3-4, have a fun, play-filled morning centered around singing, bible lessons, games, and tons of fun!
Worship Service
10:45 am
Everyone is welcome to join our second service where we sing our praises to God and hear a Bible-based message from our pastoral staff.
Cross Point Kids
10:45 am
Kids in Kindergarten through fifth grade meet for a special service at 10:45 am designed just for them. The service features singing, bible lessons, games, and tons of fun!
Middle School Worship
10:45 am
Middle school students gather in the youth loft for a special service designed specifically for them.
Nursery Available
During all events
We offer nursery childcare for babies up to age 3. Just peek in the nursery doors and you will see our incredible volunteers sharing God's love with our little ones.

Wednesdays

Open Gym
5:00-6:00 pm
Cross Point Teens (6-12th grader) are welcome to join the open gym every Wednesday before small groups.
Seniors Small Group
2:00 pm
Our seniors meet every Wednesday at 2:00 pm for a Bible Study in room 107.
Cross Point Teens & Kids
6:30 pm
Kids in 6-12th grade head upstairs for their weekly service. PreK-5th graders head down Adventure Alley for their classes, and children 0-3 will go into the nursery.
Adult Small Groups
6:30 pm
Adult small groups are broken up into 8-week sessions. Each session has several classes to choose from.
