Women's Ministry | November 2023

The Women’s Ministry attended the Women’s Retreat at Cedar Lakes on September 29th and 30th.This year, Marsha Reeder was the speaker and she reminded us that if we listen to God and follow His direction, miracles can happen.Cross Point women were voted into office for the CWC State Ministry.Lori Cook will be the Vice-President, Cathy Buckland will be the Literature Promoter, and Melanie Griffith will be the Historian.Congratulations to the women and thank you for taking on these important roles within the state of West Virginia. This year, we will be studying from the book “She Hears”, by Rachael Groll.For the month of September, we studied “Mary”, the Mother of Jesus.The study taught us that when God tells us to do something radical, and we have the faith of Mary, miracles will happen in God’s timing, not in ours.October, we discussed the Samaritan Woman at the Well.next women’s gathering will be November 7 @ 6:30 PM in the lobby.  We invite each lady to come and be a part of this great study and time of fellowship.
