Our Mission

When asked who we are as a church and what we're all about, there is only one, simple answer that we can give; It's all about Jesus and He is the reason for everything we do.
The mission of Cross Point Church of God is to be about Jesus. We are to go into the world around us, share the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ, and make disciples. This is what Jesus commanded His disciples just before He returned to heaven, and it is what he commissions us to do today.

We create environments where people can grow into devoted disciples. By providing the support, tools, and resources needed to go and make disciples; Love. Connect. Equip.

Love
Love always wins. Since God is love, and we are his people, extending His grace and truth to the world around us, love must be the basis for all that we do and the cornerstone upon which we build.

Touch LIFE Prayer Ministry is a group of our church family members who pray for anyone who doesn't have a relationship with Jesus. Each month, our prayer warriors lift up the unsaved individuals in prayer.
Connect
We ARE better together! Our CP family connects beyond our weekly worship service each week to gather together in community and encourage one another closer to a life devoted to Christ.

It is in loving God that we see His heart and sense His mind. Connecting with others allows us to see one another's hearts and hear each other's thoughts as we share.
Equip
We help to equip our church family to impact others. When we are equipped, we are able to make the most of our time and resources, and take advantage of the unstoppable opportunities God gives us to truly impact the lives of others.

Through small groups, Bible study, and mentoring, we discover our spiritual giftedness and put them into action to truly make a difference in the lives of others.
