Untangle Your Emotions
Location: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM in Room 107
Description: What if instead of ignoring our feelings, we noticed them, named them, and let God use them to draw us closer to himself and others? Many of us need to unlearn damaging messages about our emotions. We’ve been taught, for example, that emotions are untrustworthy, when, in fact, God can use them to help us see where we need his healing. In this six-session series, Jennie Allen uses scientific research, biblical insight, and her own story to help you name and navigate your emotions and learn how they can draw you closer to the God who made you—soul, mind, and heart.

Description: David’s story is one of contrast—humble shepherd, fearless giant‑slayer, gifted poet, mighty warrior, flawed man, and legendary king. In this five‑session video-based series, Andy Stanley explores the defining moments of David’s life and what they reveal about character, leadership, and dependence on God. Through Scripture and narrative insight, Stanley highlights both David’s victories and failures to show how God works through imperfect people. The study invites viewers to see God’s faithfulness in every season of life.
