Stockings for Veterans
Looking for a way to say “Thank You” to our local heroes?
Calfee Funeral Home and Cross Point Church are partnering together to show our appreciation to our
veterans through the Stockings for Veterans Outreach.
Our goal is to stuff 100 stockings for veterans in our community to help spread some Christmas cheer and show our appreciation. Will you do your part to help us reach the goal?
How You Can Help:
Option 1:
Pick up a stocking at the display in the lobby return it to the church by November 30th.
Option 2:
Make a donation of any of the items from the suggested items list to the church office by November 30th.
Option 3:
Make a monetary donation and we'll do the shopping for you.
The stockings will then be delivered to the Beckley VA Medical Center where they will be given to patients at the hospital as well as the out patient clinics.
